The Tracksuit Mafia is a fictional crime-syndicate from Marvel comics. They are enemies of Hawkeye who all dress in tracksuits. In the MCU, they were controlled by crime-lord Wilson "The Kingpin" Fisk, the arch-nemesis of Daredevil.

The Tracksuit Mafia is a New York City based gang which has also been known to attack the Avengers Campus in Orange, California. They presumably worked for prolific criminal-mastermind, "The Kingpin", Wilson Fisk.
History[]
The Tracksuit Mafia is a gang which has been enemies of Clint Barton and Kate Bishop. Around the December of one year, they attacked the Avengers Campus in Orange, California but were fought off by the two Hawkeyes.
