"A vista into a world of wondrous ideas, signifying man's achievements... a step into the future, with predictions of constructive things to come. Tomorrow offers new frontiers in science, adventure, and ideas: the Atomic Age, the challenge of outer space, and the hope for a peaceful and unified world." Walt Disney

Tomorrowland is a themed-land in the Disney Parks, which is one of Disneyland's original five lands.

History[]

Backstory[]

Tomorrowland is set in the fictional location of the same name. It is a futurist settlement, traditionally located in California though Hong Kong and Tokyo have their own versions, the Japanese one being known as Ashita Base.[1] Originally, Tomorrowland was set in the distant future of 1986 to coincide with the coming of Haley's Comet. Since then, Tomorrowland has become a hub for aliens, time-travellers, and robots.
