Stark Expos[]
In 1954, Howard Stark arranged for Stark Industries' first Stark Expo. This expo was held in Flushing Meadows, New York. Another expo was held ten years later in Flushing Meadows. At this world's fair, Stark became affiliated with fellow businessman, Walt Disney. Howard created a the first Arc Reactor in the 1970s and in 1974, he unveiled his flying car M.A.R.I.A. at the 1974 World's Fair.
Battle of New York[]
In 2012, the Asgardian Loki lead an alien, Chitauri army against Earth to try and conquer the planet and steal a powerful artifact known as the Tesseract. This resulted in the Battle of New York which caused the formation of the Avengers and Loki's arrest. Following his defeat at the hands of the Avengers, Loki was imprisoned below the palace of Asgard.
