The Iron Wing is the central vehicle in the Iron Man Experience.

Description

The Iron Wing was an armoured flying vehicle/drone developed by Stark Industries. The armour and flight-technology was inspired by the suit of company head Tony Stark AKA Iron Man, and could be piloted by Stark's A.I. Jarvis while powered by Arc Reactors.

	Mark III	Doc	The Marc III was designed by Stark Life Safety Solutions for firefighting and medical transport. It is equipped with many fire-hoses, a rescue beam, and can withstand temperatures over 2800 K.	Despite being the third incarnation of the Iron-Wing, it is marked with the number 5.
	Mark IV		Unknown	This mark has not been referenced.
	Mark V	Heavyweight	Designed for Stark Engineering, the Heavyweight was a much stronger mark of the Iron Wing, designed for construction purposes. This Iron Wing could lift up to 26,000 kg and was designed with a metal claw on its top, and pneumatic drills at its sides.
	Mark VI	Mako	This Iron Wing was designed by Stark Oceanics. It was used to journey into the Mariana Trench, the deepest part of Earth's ocean. It came equipped with robotic claw arms and 3D HD surveillance cameras.	Despite being the sixth mark, it is labelled with the number 3.
	Mark VII	Supernova	This Iron Wing was a space-shuttle used by Stark Galactic, had laser-guided navigation systems and could achieve 80 km per second.	Despite being the Mark 7, it was decorated with the number 2.
	Mark VIII	Expo Edition	The Expo Edition premiered in 2010 for a Hong Kong expo. They were piloted by JARVIS and designed to transport many guests. The windows of the vehicle are made of Stark Everglass.

History

The Iron Wing was developed around 2010 by Stark Industries with multiple specialized variants. Around 2010, they were showcased at the Stark Expo of Hong Kong. While giving an aerial tour, the expo was attacked by the nazi organization HYDRA, lead by Arnim Zola and various robots. Jarvis used the Iron Wings to fight off Zola's robots and prevent them from stealing a giant arc reactor from the Stark Tower of Hong Kong.
