Roderick Kingsley is a criminal who used the equipment, goblin formula and alias of Norman Osborn AKA The Green Goblin to become the horror inspired super-villain, "The Hobgoblin".

Hobgoblin appears in WEB's database of those who previously used the Green Goblin moniker, as they attempt to deduce the identity of the Cy-Gob. Another one of the images shows who appears to be Roderick Kingsley, the Hobgoblin's mainstream alter-ego or his twin-brother, Daniel.
Trivia[]
- In the MCU, Harry Osborn's role is replaced in Peter's life by Ned Leeds, a character who Roderick brainwashed into taking the fall for him as Hobgoblin.
- The Ned Leeds incarnation of Hobgoblin appears in the Universal Isles of Adventure Spider-Man attraction, The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man as a member of Doctor Octopus' Sinister Syndicate.
