Kate Bishop is the second Hawkeye. She is the protégée of the original Hawkeye, Clint Barton, whom she idolized due to his part in the Battle of New York.
History[]
Kate Bishop is a citizen of New York City who idolized the Avenger Hawkeye due to his role in fighting off Loki's forces during the Battle of New York. Kate became a master archer and vigilante who was taken in as Hawkeye's protégée. She and Hawkeye would fight the Tracksuit Mafia together, and take up base in Stark's Avengers Campus California. Around December, the two fought off an attack of the Tracksuit Mafia on the campus, comedically wearing Santa hats and carrying presents while doing so.
