Camp Lehigh was a World War 2 U.S. military base located either in New Jersey or Virginia. The base held the Strategic Scientific Reserve and was used for Project: Rebirth, the process which created Captain America.
History[]
In World War 2, Camp Lehigh was used by Howard Stark, Peggy Carter and Abraham Erskine to find candidates for Project Rebirth. The selected candidate was Steve Rogers who was subsequently transformed into Captain America by Erskine's super soldier serum.
