Benjamin "Ben" Parker or Uncle Ben is a character from Marvel Comics.
History[]
Ben Parker was uncle to Peter Parker and following the death of Peter's parents, he raised the boy with Peter's aunt May. After Peter got radioactive spider powers, Ben was shot dead which taught Peter to use his powers for good.

Uncle Ben was referenced by a logo for the BP Power Co. with the slogan, "Your Service is our Great Responsibility", referencing his famous line, "With great power comes great responsibility".[1]
