The 15th Precinct is a police station in the crime-infested neighbourhood of Hell's Kitchen, New York. Outside of the station was a billboard and newspaper box for The Daily Bugle newspaper.
History[]
The 15th Precinct is a station for the NYPD based in New York City. Around the 2010s/2020s, they would welcome a visiting Captain America. Amongst their most wanted were the intelligent Cosmo the Space Dog and alien monster the Abilisk which escaped from the fortress of alien Taneleer Tivan.

- Wanted posters for the Abilisk and Cosmo the Spacedog reference the story of Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT!.[1]
- The air-conditioner used by the precinct comes from, "Drake Cooling Ltd.".[2] This is a reference to the X-Men member Robert Drake AKA Ice-Man who is one of Spider-Man's Amazing Friends.
